The Lack of Colour

I travel on the skytrain and bus and always come away amazed at the pure lack of colour. It's black this and black with a white shirt thrown in there. If it weren't for the odd pair of jeans I'd wonder if I were walking around in a black and white film.

So I looked around on the internet to see what I'd find.

I seem to notice blackspace being used like it's whitespace? Or is everything just becoming really shrouded.
